FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can you pick up just one item?

Yes. We provide quotes for single bulky items as well as larger pickups.

Do I need to move everything outside?

No. We can remove items from accessible indoor and outdoor areas. Let us know about stairs, tight spaces, or other access challenges before scheduling.

Can you remove something that isn’t on the list?

Send a photo and description. We’ll assess whether we can accept it and what the pickup requires.

Do appliances need to be disconnected?

Yes. Appliances must be safely disconnected from electrical, gas, and water connections and detached from surrounding fixtures before pickup.

What happens to the items after removal?

We transport items for responsible disposal and use recycling or donation options when available and appropriate. Donation acceptance depends on condition and the receiving organization.

Are there items you cannot accept?

We do not accept hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, asbestos-containing materials, or biohazards. Heavy materials and specialty items require a separate assessment.

Can I add more items on pickup day?

Please tell us about additional items before we begin loading. We’ll confirm whether we can take them and obtain your approval for any quote adjustment.
